The website was easy to use, and the product pages loaded without any issues for me. I found what I was looking for quickly, and checkout was mostly smooth too. A couple of pages were a bit slow on my phone, which felt avoidable, but it didn’t ruin the experience. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

I was expecting my order to be dispatched a lot quicker, but apparently it needed a nice long vacation before leaving the warehouse. It did eventually move, just not anywhere near as fast as I’d hoped...

"Honestly, it’s worth the money"
I bought this shaving cream and, i don’t get why people would complain about it being a bit pricey. It feels really nice, smells great, and a little goes a long way, so it’s not like you’re burning through it. My skin usually gets irritated after shaving, but with this it’s been totally fine. Yeah, it costs a bit more, but the quality is clearly there.

I booked an appointment on Truefitt & Hill St. James's and it was easy. The available times were clear, and I managed to get the slot I wanted without having to click around too much.
The confirmation came through quickly as well, which I appreciated because I knew it had all gone through properly. Nothing fancy, and maybe a couple of small things could always be smoother, but overall it did exactly what I needed with no fuss

"Really happy with the quality"
I ordered a few grooming bits from Truefitt & Hill and, i thought the price was fair for what you get. It’s definitely not the cheapest, cheapest stuff out there, but you can tell the quality is a step up from the usual high street products I’ve used. A little really does go a long way too, so it doesn’t feel like you’re burning through it. Delivery was fine, everything arrived nicely packed, and overall I’m happy with it. Would definitely buy again.

"Really Good Old-School Shave"
I went in for a proper old-style shave the experience was really good. They didn’t rush it at all, and the finish was nice and close, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The only thing is it felt a bit pricey for me, but in terms of the shave itself, I was happy with it.

"Really solid haircut and beard trim"
Went to Truefitt & Hill for a haircut and beard trim, it was a great experience. The barber really listened to what I wanted, fixed up the shape nicely, and didn’t take too much off, which I appreciated. You can tell they know what they’re doing, no rushing, no guessing, just a proper, careful job. I left looking way neater than when I came in, and I’d definitely go back again.

I ended up sending it back because it just wasn’t quite what I needed, but it wasn’t a big hassle. The return process was straightforward, and the refund came through quicker than I expected. Not every purchase is perfect, so I appreciated that part being easy.

I bought this shaving cream thinking it would be a simple, nice everyday product, but the scent threw me off. It smelled kind of old-fashioned and way stronger than I expected. Like, why does shaving cream need to be this complicated? Not really what I was hoping for.

I ordered this as a gift, but it ended up arriving a few days later than they said it would, which was a bit frustrating haha. The tracking barely updated, so I had to keep chasing to find out what was going on. The products themselves were totally fine once they arrived, but the delivery experience was messy enough that I’d probably think twice before ordering again.

They did sort it out in the end, but getting there was frustrating. Replies were really slow, and a couple of times I was told they’d get back to me by a certain time and then just didn’t. It felt like a lot of waiting around for promises that weren’t kept. At least the issue was eventually fixed, but the communication could’ve been much better.

I stopped by Truefitt & Hill and had a really nice experience. The place has a calm, clean, traditional feel without coming across as too formal or stuffy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but they also gave me space, which I appreciated. It had that classic old-school barbershop atmosphere and felt relaxed the whole time I was there. Even though I was mostly just browsing, it still felt like a bit of a treat. I’d definitely be happy to go back.

I ordered from truefittandhill.co expecting that really polished, luxury kind of experience. The items themselves are good and definitely look classy, so no complaints there. But the delivery took longer than I expected, and the updates weren’t great. Maybe they were just busy or short-staffed, I’m not sure, but for the price I thought there’d be a bit more care in the overall service. It wasn’t bad at all, just not quite as impressive as I hoped.

"Really gentle on my sensitive skin"
I bought a shaving cream from Truefitt & Hill and, for me, it’s been a really nice change. My skin can be sensitive, so I usually know quickly if something isn’t going to work. This one feels smooth and comfortable, and I don’t get that tight feeling after shaving. I’ve also noticed way less redness than I normally would. Overall, I’m really happy with it.
